(Al-Kahf) 18 : 59
وَتِلْكَ الْقُرَىٰ أَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ لَمَّا ظَلَمُوا وَجَعَلْنَا لِمَهْلِكِهِمْ مَوْعِدًا
And those cities, We destroyed them when they wronged, and We have made fixed term for their destruction.
It is told in verse 28: 59: “Never would your Lord have destroyed the cities until He had sent to their capital a Messenger explaining to them Our verses; and We would not destroy the cities except their people become wrongdoers”. Impartial Lord will not admit anyone to Hell unless he witnesses against himself that he was among the disbelievers as told in verses 39: 59 and 71.
